Rayne stood in the doorway of Gaara's room, glaring at him. "Shut up Gaara." She said, walking into his room without permission. She knew this would most likely anger him, but she wasn't scared of Gaara, unlike most people. "So what's up?" She asked, throwing herself on his bed.

Rayne glared at him with her ever-changing eyes, which usually nearly hyptmotized most everyone. "Gaara, you've got it good here. You've got family. Friends. People to talk to. You need to realize that." She whispered, laying down on his bed. "C'mere." She patted a spot on the bed for him to come lay next to her. "I understand what you're going through." She said. No-one had ever mentioned Shubaku, Gaara's demon, to her before, but she could tell. She had even spoken to Shubaku before. "I also have a demon." She confessed. Gaara had no idea about her demon, that much she knew. "I always feel at peace around you." She said quietly.

Gaara sat on the bed and sighed."So tell me about this demon."he said

Rayne sighed and rolled over so Gaara couldn't see her face. "She's a wolf, and it has nine tails, like Naruto's demon. She says origionally there were only nine demons, each with the corrisponding name and number of tails. But, it turns out demons breed, also, when the humans... breed." She blushed as she said that, being in the presence of her crush. "So anyways," She quickly changed the subject. "She's the offspring." She got up and looked around at the familiar sights. She had been in Gaara's room many times before, and nothing had changed. "Gaara," She turned to him. "Have you ever smiled out of... just, you know, joy?" She asked.

"Hm." Rayne said, walking around the room. She walked up to the window and sat on the sill, looking out on the village.
As a child, she destroyed her fisherman's village, and then came to the Village of the Sand to live.
"I have never smiled, except when I killed my friends and family." She said, still not looking at Gaara. Her expression was pained, and that was why she didn't want Gaara to see her face. She didn't like to convey emotions, though sometimes she couldn't help it.
((could you write a little more, please?))

Rayne nodded. "Then we have gone through many of the same things. No wonder I feel at peace around you." She said quietly.
As she remembered what happened in her old village she felt tears sting her eyes.
What the hell? Why am I crying? I have never cried before! She thought. Turning away so Gaara would not see the tears, she got ready to jump out.
"Bye." She said, her voice a bit shaky. "I... I gotta go." She said in a weak voice. A vision of Gaara wrapping his arms around her and trying to comfort her suddenly popped up in her head, but she quickly dismissed it. She knew Gaara would never touch her or even try to comfort her, however much she might want him to. "I'm sorry to have wasted your time." She was nearing the edge. Any time she could burst into sobs, so she needed to get away. She couldn't let herself turn into a weak, blathering idiot in front of anyone. She quickly jumped out of the window, landing like a cat two stories down, before running off, quiet sobs barely making it up to Gaara, yet they reached him nonetheless. She didn't make it very far before she broke down in thick sobs behind a broken down apartment barely half a block from Gaara's house. She didn't want to think about what would happen if anyone saw her, so instead tried to strike up a conversation with the demon, but the wolf refused to speak to her. "Why am I so weak?" She asked nobody in particular through her sobs.

Ookami was sobbing so hard she didn't hear Gaara walk up. When she finally stopped crying, she looked up to see him staring at him. She said nothing, and got up to walk away, her head held low in shame. "Why am I so different?" She whispered to herself as she walked away, leaving tiny puddles of water as she walked.
